Degree in Pharmacy from University of Barcelona (2015). Postgraduate of Experimentation in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences (2016).
He obtained his PhD in 2009, with his thesis titled “Hidroxianàleg de la selenometionina com a font de seleni en cèl·lules intestinals Caco-2 i en macròfags: expressió de selenoproteïnes i modulació de l’estrès oxidatiu i de la producció de citocines”, evaluating the effect of different sources of selenium on the nutrition and health of broiler chickens, as a part of our line of research “Bioactive compounds and health“.
After his PhD, he continued working in our research group as postdoctoral researcher. Later, he continued his professional career in the industrial sector.
