Bachelor degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Universitat de Barcelona, 2011), Degree in Food Science and Technology (Universitat de Barcelona, 2014) and MsC in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya – Universitat de Barcelona, 2017).

Currently, she is working actively as a research assistant in our research area Food authentication for the European project OLEUM, which is focused in the development of strategies for assuring the authenticity and quality of olive oil. Coming soon, she is going to begin her PhD Thesis based on this topic.
